Sizing & fit
Do the shoes fit true to size?
Most models fit true to size. Where a model runs small, a note appears directly on the product page.
How do I measure my foot?
Stand with your heel against a wall, mark the tip of your longest toe and measure the distance in centimetres. Add 0.5 cm of room.
Orders & shipping
How long does delivery take?
Within Switzerland 2–4 working days with Economy and 1–2 with Priority. To Europe 3–6 working days.
When is shipping free?
Orders over CHF 100 ship free within Switzerland.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse you receive an email with the tracking number.
Returns & refunds
How long do I have to return?
30 days from delivery. Shoes must be unworn and returned in the original box.
When do I get my money back?
Within 5 working days of the return arriving, to the original payment method.
Payment & vouchers
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards plus the local methods shown at checkout. Card details are handled solely by the payment provider.
How do I redeem a discount code?
Enter the code in the cart or at checkout in the "Discount code" field. As a rule one code can be used per order.
