Orders over CHF 100 ship free within Switzerland.
Processing
Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day leave our warehouse the same day. You will get an email with the tracking number as soon as the parcel is on its way.
Returns
Unworn items can be returned within 30 days. The shoe must be unused and in its original box — try it on indoors.
- Register the return in your account or by email.
- Include the completed return slip.
- Drop the parcel at a post office.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of arrival.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order for the size you want, so it is reserved for you.
