1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers through the Mah Wear online shop.

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of items is not a binding offer. By submitting an order you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded with our order confirmation by email.

3. Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. The charge is made when the order is placed.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative. If an item cannot be delivered we will inform you promptly and refund any amount already paid.

6. Retention of title

Goods remain our property until paid in full.

7. Returns

Unworn items may be returned within 30 days. Details are set out under "Shipping & returns".

8. Warranty

The statutory provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, unless mandatory provisions state otherwise.
